Professional environment that values organization and proactivity The FEMME Women's Laboratory is seeking committed, organized professionals focused on humanized service to join the Reception team. We value individuals who share our mission of caring for women's health with excellence, empathy, and professionalism. Responsibilities: Welcome patients cordially, following the FEMME Way standards and guidelines; Complete patient registration in the system according to the checklist established by the institution; Organize and assemble patient medical records following internal procedures; Validate and release scheduled tests according to health insurance operator rules and guidelines; Request authorizations from health insurance providers and perform additional billing when necessary. Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in reception activities at medical clinics, private practices, laboratories, or hospitals is a plus; Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and professional demeanor.
