Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor internal and external audits; * Identify and analyze existing procedures, aiming at their standardization and formalization into written procedures for use across all organizational levels; * Analyze procedures and execution methods for each task, preparing unification checklists based on PBQP\-h and ISO 9001 recommendations; * Apply strategic treatment to quality-related data for the preparation of management reports; * Support other departments in problem resolution, identifying and removing barriers and obstacles, acting as a facilitator for behavioral change and adoption of new practices; * Ensure personnel awareness regarding the relevance and importance of their activities and how these contribute to achieving quality objectives and their respective indicators; * Perform other activities defined in the QMS documents for this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or Civil Engineering; * Intermediate-level computer skills; * Experience working with quality management systems in civil construction. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance / Food Voucher Transportation Allowance / Fuel Voucher; Birthday Day Off; Totalpass; Nutritional support; Pharmacy discount (Vidalink); We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
