At Avanti, you will join the Project Management team, supporting the development of e-commerce and digital solution projects, collaborating across various departments to ensure high-quality, well-organized, and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities Support tracking of project schedules and digital project activities. Assist in organizing and updating tasks in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure, or similar platforms. Participate in alignment meetings with clients and internal teams, documenting decisions and tracking next steps. Organize and document project requirements, requests, and information. Support delivery tracking, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Assist in validating features prior to client presentations using predefined checklists and criteria. Monitor KPIs and support preparation of project progress reports. Collaborate across different company departments to foster clear communication between technical and business teams. **It’s a plus if you:** Are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, or related fields; Are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Have experience using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Notion, or similar. Have basic knowledge of e-commerce or platforms such as Shopify, VTEX, Magento, or Wake. Possess intermediate-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Have participated in academic projects, junior enterprises, scientific initiation programs, or personal projects involving organization or management. Understand UX concepts, software development, or digital product development. Demonstrate strong analytical ability for organizing information and monitoring KPIs. What We Offer?
