We are looking for a Pedagogical Analyst to join DiaLab and become part of our educational team, strengthening our initiatives in education and AI! This person will support content creation and educator training for implementing the Dia Lab curriculum. **So, are you ready to \#JoinDiaLab with us?** **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and review pedagogical materials for the project, ensuring conceptual consistency, clarity, and alignment with the Dia Lab proposal; * Lead teacher training sessions with strong public speaking skills, broad pedagogical knowledge, and sensitivity to diverse school contexts; * Deliver talks and meetings with families, presenting the project in a welcoming, inspiring, and accessible manner; * Participate in project events and experiential activities, representing Dia Lab through concise speeches and meaningful interventions; * Conduct research and listening processes with teachers and schools, organizing and analyzing data to improve the project and support its expansion into new segments; * Collaborate with various teams to continuously improve materials and learning experiences offered. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree; * Experience working with teachers and classrooms—whether as an educator, trainer, or pedagogical support professional; * Strong public speaking skills and confidence in leading trainings and talks; * Analytical and curious mindset, with ability to investigate, systematize, and interpret listening sessions and research; * Organizational skills, clear writing ability, and effective time management; * Alignment with Grupo Salta’s purpose and desire to innovate in education. **Additional information** *We believe that a diverse team is key to fulfilling our mission of transforming lives and Brazil.
