MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Support the receipt, inspection, identification, and storage of goods. · Assist in organizing inventory and internal movement of goods. · Identify damages or discrepancies in received batches. · Update spreadsheets, internal controls, and management systems used by the department. · Participate in rotating and periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. · Provide support for administrative routines of the department and logistics team requests. REQUIREMENTS · Currently enrolled in a Logistics Technology or Administration undergraduate program, preferably from the 2nd semester onward. · Must maintain active enrollment with an educational institution. · Availability to intern 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day. · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. · Good communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team. INTERNSHIP DETAILS Internship schedule: 6 hours per day – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
