Support the team by guiding and monitoring operational routines **About the Position** We are looking for a **Laboratory Supervisor** with proven experience in team supervision, production flow control, and continuous improvement to work technically and operationally, ensuring compliance and quality in processes. Laboratory Supervisor \- Compounding Pharmacy **Location:** Avenida Juriti, 429 – Vila Uberabinha (Moema) – São Paulo/SP **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM **Work Model:** CLT, On-site **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 3.300,00 to R$ 4.000,00 (depending on experience) * Meal Allowance: R$ 250.00/month * Transportation Allowance * Health and Dental Plan (co-payment – 50% company / 50% employee) * Gympass **Responsibilities:** * Supervise laboratory production flow, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines * Monitor production queues, volumes, and priorities, ensuring delivery according to demand * Manage and continuously improve production processes * Monitor indicators, data, and controls related to production and quality * Ensure compliance with quality standards and good compounding practices * Support the team by guiding and monitoring operational routines **Technical Requirements:** * Experience supervising teams * Experience with production flow, process control, and indicator tracking * Knowledge of quality control and process organization * Familiarity with compounding pharmacy or pharmaceutical routines is desirable (a plus) * Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and productive performance monitoring **Behavioral Requirements:** * Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented profile * Focus on quality, deadline adherence, and results * Analytical ability and process-oriented mindset * Proactivity in identifying improvements and solutions * Strong communication skills and ability to lead and monitor teams Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass * Health and Dental Plan * Food Voucher
