Internship Position – Administrative and Documentary Research On-site – \[Centro, Rio de Janeiro \- RJ] Internship stipend \+ transportation allowance \+ real opportunity for growth 6 hours per day We are a company specialized in Portuguese citizenship, operating in the market for over 6 years and continuously expanding. We connect family histories, documentation, and international procedures, assisting clients across Brazil and Portugal. We are seeking a proactive, organized intern eager to grow alongside our company. Key responsibilities: * Assist in document analysis and organization; * Contact and follow up on requests at notary offices across various Brazilian states; * Conduct historical and genealogical research; * Support tasks related to procedures and documentation in Portugal; * Manage deadlines and monitor administrative processes; * Provide support to operational and legal teams. We seek someone who: * Has strong written and verbal communication skills; * Is organized, detail-oriented, and responsible; * Demonstrates proficiency in research and information analysis; * Shows interest in learning about documentation, citizenship, and international procedures; * Can work autonomously and solve problems effectively; * Knowledge of Excel and digital tools is a plus.
