If you thrive on the challenge of transforming individuals and organizations, this is your team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze contexts and support business areas by anticipating scenarios and trends, proposing HR solutions and/or services that drive business results and people management indicators. * Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and support the management and impact of organizational change. * Monitor performance management processes in collaboration with managers to inform analyses of team performance. * Promote Grendene’s culture (values, cultural elements, safe behavior, leadership principles) across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Provide feedback on the development of talents identified in programs, projects, or areas under your responsibility, supporting managerial decision-making and encouraging both professional and personal growth of the team. * Design, monitor, and lead training and development programs under your responsibility, meeting business needs. * Manage recruitment processes—including profile alignment, interviews, group dynamics, and feedback to managers and candidates—supporting managers in hiring decisions. * Propose process improvements within your area of responsibility. * Provide technical and operational guidance to your team and other functions involved in processes within your area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Development, Occupational and Organizational Psychology, or similar (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies (e.g., 9-Box, 360° Feedback, HR KPIs) * Experience with behavioral assessment tools, learning platforms, and similar resources; * Ability to create and manage Individual Development Plans **(IDPs)**; * Strong listening, negotiation, and influencing skills; * Creativity, proactivity, curiosity, and initiative are also essential traits. **Additional Information** Unit: Crato Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaborative hands that—step by step—imprint their love into everything they do!
