**REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of Low-Code or No-Code platforms; * Basic understanding of programming logic and database structures; * Intermediate Excel skills, with emphasis on data logic and formulas; * Basic understanding of business processes and flowcharts; * Analytical, organized profile with strong aptitude for rapidly learning new technologies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in the development and customization of applications, portals, and dashboards on Low-Code platforms; * Support the mapping of manual processes to convert them into automated workflows; * Create and test simple workflow automations and data integrations; * Provide basic user support for tools and assist in resolving potential bugs; * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and user manuals for developed solutions; * Monitor project delivery deadlines and support the team in developing new digital solutions.
