Previous experience in this role and in a hospital environment With 46 years of existence, Hospital Prontocardio is a reference in Cardiology in the state of Ceará. For the past 6 years, it has been under new management, which has invested in professional training, infrastructure, and technological development. With a clinical staff and multidisciplinary team focused on patient safety, Prontocardio has expanded its areas of expertise to include Neurology, Rheumatology, Urology, and Internal Medicine. Always committed to humanized, high-quality care, it received ANVISA certification in 2020 for best practices in patient safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for receiving patients in the Emergency Department and outpatient clinics; * Issuing appointment tickets after assessing each client/patient’s needs; * Welcoming staff at the main entrance and distributing uniforms; * Issuing keys to staff members; * Monitoring staff bags; * Receiving deliveries for departments; * Receiving and escorting suppliers to their designated locations; * Escorting all visitors (physicians, family members, speech therapists, physiotherapists, etc.) to their destinations; * Controlling and releasing deceased patients; * Maintaining harmony in the safety of patients and staff; * And other related duties; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in a hospital environment is a plus; * **Availability to work during regular business hours.** **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan via voluntary enrollment (30% employer contribution); * Dental insurance plan via voluntary enrollment; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde; * SESC benefits; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
