We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform offensive security testing on hosts running various platforms and operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux); * Conduct intrusion tests (pentesting) on network infrastructures, cloud systems, mobile applications (Android, iOS), and web pages; * Ethically and responsibly exploit documented or undocumented vulnerabilities; * Analyze log files from multiple sources (hosts, network traffic, firewalls, intrusion detection systems) to identify potential security threats; * Collaborate with defense teams to establish controls and measures preventing identified exploitations; * Produce detailed reports on conducted exploitation activities and document actions taken during testing; * Present intrusion test results and act consultatively, supporting incident response teams; * Autonomy to perform intrusion tests and pentesting across different platforms and environments, respecting ethical and legal guidelines; * Ability to propose and recommend preventive and corrective actions to mitigate identified vulnerabilities; * Authority to guide and assist defensive teams in implementing controls and adjustments based on performed tests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION**: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields is desirable; * Familiarity with pentesting frameworks and offensive security methodologies is desirable. **EXPERIENCE**: * Experience with intrusion testing (pentesting) and vulnerability exploitation across operating systems, network infrastructures, cloud environments, and mobile applications; * Practical knowledge of analyzing security logs from diverse sources for threat detection and potential vulnerabilities; * Experience with pentest tools such as Burp Suite, Caido, among others. **Preferred qualifications:** * Practical experience with Bug Bounty programs, CTFs, or labs like Hack The Box and TryHackMe is a plus; * Hands-on certifications such as OSCP, DCPT, SYCP, CPTS, eJPT, or similar will be considered advantageous; * Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, web applications, and information security; * Familiarity with Linux, Windows, HTTP protocol, and OWASP Top 10\. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security begins with people.
