API Internship

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Internship The Cooperative Member Support Solutions team is responsible for delivering high-quality service through voice and digital channels, providing support and solutions to our cooperative members. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for **Sicoob APIs**, identifying and forwarding requests related to integrations and usage of solutions. * Assist cooperative members, cooperatives, and developers via digital channels, guided by the team, ensuring clarity in all provided information. * Support tracking and organization of technical tickets, contributing to proper logging and service workflow. * Assist in reading and understanding **technical documentation**, including Central Bank specifications, with team support. * Contribute to the analysis of **Swagger** and to the creation or updating of documentation in **Postman**. * Assist in creating and reviewing code used in APIs, always under supervision and validation by team professionals. * Support logging, communicating, and forwarding API failures or unexpected behaviors to the responsible areas. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and processes, sharing learnings and suggestions. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering**, or related fields. * Ability to read and understand technical content in English. * Intermediate proficiency with **Microsoft Office 365** tools. * Knowledge of **REST communication**; * Knowledge of **HTML and CSS**. * Interest in technical support, system integration, and digital service delivery. **Desirable Requirements:** * Academic or practical experience with a programming language such as Java, .NET, C\#, Python, PHP, or Node.js. * Understanding of **programming logic**. * Experience with **API technical documentation**. * Experience with request-testing tools such as **Postman or Insomnia**. **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship, Christmas Basket, Day Off \- Year-End, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit-Sharing Program, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Multi-Sponsored Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program \- Internal Opportunity Matching, Well-Being Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher (optional), Wellhub
