If you want to join a company undergoing continuous evolution—one that’s raising the bar and opening new opportunities—Apostou could be your next step. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop high-conversion landing pages for acquisition campaigns and promotions, with emphasis on UX, CRO, and responsiveness. * Create and maintain responsive HTML email templates compatible with major CRM platforms and email clients. * Develop banners, pop-ups, modals, and interactive visual elements for the platform, integrating brand identity and functionality. * Implement front-end adjustments in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to ensure delivery within technical specifications. * Collaborate with the Product team on the design and implementation of new UI elements, ensuring visual consistency. * Optimize technical performance of pages and landing pages—speed, Core Web Vitals, basic technical SEO. * Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages and visual elements in partnership with Performance and CRM teams. * Use AI tools for assisted layout generation and accelerated code implementation. * Ensure responsiveness and visual consistency across desktop, mobile, and tablet. * Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, iGaming regulatory requirements, and digital accessibility standards. * Maintain the web design template, asset, and component repository with versioning and accessibility support. * Monitor page performance metrics—bounce rate, conversion rate, session duration—and propose data-driven improvements.
