If you enjoy challenges and wish to be part of the launch of a new gastronomic experience in ITU/SP, apply now. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the waitstaff and busser team, ensuring efficient table service. * Assign tasks among team members and coordinate service flow. * Serve as the central figure of the team—greeting customers, assisting\-them in selecting dishes, answering questions, and ensuring all customer needs are met. * Handle any issues or complaints professionally and courteously, identifying appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the restaurant’s positive reputation. * Train new service team members, ensuring familiarity with the restaurant’s operational procedures and customer service standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in this role; experience in high-volume churrascarias is essential; * Completed high school education; * Agility and responsibility are essential; * Discipline and organization; * Commitment. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * EMPLOYMENT TYPE – CLT, 6x1 schedule, Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal * SALARY RANGE – R$ 3\.560,00 \+ EXCELLENT TIPS * Location – Bairro Alto – CITY OF ITU – SP Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meal * Tips
