Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for telephone support, process mapping, ERP module configuration, and remote access for system configurations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for end users and ERP system managers 2. Process mapping and identification 3. Experience in supporting retail management systems Your responsibilities will include: \- Providing telephone support to end users and commercial ERP system managers; \- Mapping and identifying business processes; \- Configuring system modules according to mapped processes; \- Remotely accessing the client's environment for configurations, parameterizations, resolving queries, and guiding procedures; \- Recording incidents and evidence. Requirements: \- Experience in supporting and providing assistance to users and managers of retail management systems. \- Knowledge of networking and hardware. \- Strong communication and teaching skills. \- Proficiency in Portuguese language and writing.
