Description
**Position Objective:**
Act as a technical sales consultant, providing solutions in construction materials and finishes, focusing on customer satisfaction, achievement of sales targets, and relationship building with industry professionals (architects, designers, engineers) for high-value sales.
**1. Key Responsibilities and Activities**
* **Consultative Sales Support:** Serve customers at the physical store (end consumers, contractors, and specifiers), understanding project/construction requirements to recommend suitable products;
* **Prospecting and Portfolio Management:** Identify new customers and maintain relationships with partners such as architects, interior designers, and engineers to promote product specification;
* **Quotation Preparation:** Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate delivery timelines, pricing, and payment terms, with emphasis on converting sales;
* **Technical Demonstration:** Demonstrate finishing products (flooring, wall coverings, paints, premium plumbing fixtures), explaining technical advantages, durability, and current trends;
* **Cross-selling ("Lego Effect"):** Recommend complementary items required for project completion (mortars, grouts, accessories), increasing average transaction value;
* **After-sales Support:** Monitor material delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring service excellence.
**2. Job Requirements**
* **Experience:** Proven retail sales experience, preferably in construction materials, finishes, or related fields;
* **Education:** Completed high school education. Preferred: Courses in Interior Design, Architecture, or Commercial Management;
* **Technical Knowledge:** Basic ability to read architectural drawings, calculate area measurements, and possess technical knowledge of construction materials.
