We seek professionals with sales experience, strong communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-person customer service and sales; * Identify customer needs and offer optimal solutions; * Prepare and follow up on quotations; * Perform after-sales service and customer retention; * Organize products and maintain store tidiness; * Conduct furniture and space measurements when required; * Contribute to achieving store targets. **Requirements:** * Prior sales experience; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization, commitment, and proactivity; * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course, ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in **Interior Design** or **Architecture**; * Experience in the custom furniture, decoration, or interior architecture sector. **Benefits:** * Commission of 1% to 3% on sales; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * iFood card worth R$ 350.00 after the probationary period (45 days). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday: **10:00 AM to 6:00 PM** or **12:00 PM to 8:00 PM**; * Sundays and holidays: **11:00 AM to 4:00 PM**. **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Send your resume and join the Fyne team!** Compensation: starting from R$2\.209,23 per month Benefits: * Health and commercial discount plans * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
