Job Summary: An architecture studio is seeking an Architect to develop projects from the initial concept through to implementation, considering client requirements and technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of complete architectural design projects 2. Feasibility and constraint analysis of projects 3. Production of technical drawings and construction details The architecture studio seeks an Architect professional based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Develop architectural design projects, covering all stages from the initial concept to implementation, while considering client needs and preferences, as well as current technical standards and legislation. Conduct feasibility investigations and analyses to assess project viability and potential constraints. Produce technical drawings, floor plans, sections, and construction details that visually represent the project. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
