**MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Location:** JARINU **Available Shifts:** Administrative, Monday to Friday. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; Technical Course in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic diagrams. * Use of measuring instruments: multimeter, ammeter, caliper, tachometer, thermocouples, vacuum gauges. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance on specific department machinery: autoclaves, ovens, bending furnaces, laminators, CNC cutting tables, lapidaries, polishers, overhead cranes, and vacuum systems. * Support diagnosis of low-complexity mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Contribute to adjustment and calibration of critical equipment directly impacting glass quality (temperature, pressure, vacuum, cycles, shaft alignment, sensors, and safety parameters). * Participate in periodic inspections to identify wear, vibration, and risk of shutdown for machinery essential to the ballistic process. * Provide technical support to Technicians I and II. * Support recording of service orders, parts used, failure causes, and improvement recommendations. * Participate in installation of new equipment (furnaces, cutters, laminators) and commissioning. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Transportation allowance or company-provided shuttle (no payroll deduction); * Meal voucher or on-site cafeteria (no payroll deduction); * Basic food basket (food, milk, hygiene, and cleaning supplies).
