Software and test project development **Position: Junior Electronics Technician** PESS Automação – Guarulhos / SP Industrial Electronic Maintenance PESS Automação specializes in maintenance and repair of industrial electronic equipment and is seeking a Junior Electronics Technician to join our laboratory technical team. **Description of Main Responsibilities** · Analyze electronic circuits in industrial equipment to identify defects and faults, performing necessary repairs. · Maintain switched-mode power supplies, PLCs, I/O modules, HMIs, converters, soft starters, frequency inverters, and industrial electronic boards; · Maintain equipment incorporating micromechanics applied to industrial devices. · Complete technical reports in internal systems. · Develop simple software for equipment testing. · Develop drawings and projects for laboratory test fixtures (PLCs, HMIs, and inverters). · Support development of files for 3D printing of technical plastic parts. · Repair and maintain computers including machine cloning, backups, and troubleshooting Windows issues across various versions; · The professional will be assigned a dedicated laboratory maintenance workstation equipped with tools, responsible for maintaining their work area and receiving service orders for analysis and preparation of technical reports and maintenance service orders. **Prerequisites** · Technical qualification in Electronics (mandatory). · 2–3 years’ experience working at an electronics bench. · Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics. · Experience with SMD and PTH soldering. · Ability to read electrical schematics. · Computer literacy: · Microsoft Office suite · Operating system backup · Basic computer hardware and configuration **Benefits** · Transportation allowance; · Medical assistance; · Life insurance; · Meal voucher with structured lunch facility; · Flexible working hours (arrival between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM); · Day off (time off during birthday week); · Food allowance; **Salary** · CLT employment regime; · Salary negotiable; · Productivity-Based Participation Program (PPP); · Profit and Results Sharing (PRL); Employment type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
