Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring agility and accuracy in preparing reports and proposals, as well as keeping information up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with reports and controls **JOB MISSION:** Ensure all reports and proposals are executed with agility and accuracy, as well as technicians' access to sites, while keeping all information up to date. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration / Civil Engineering / Production / Logistics. **COMPENSATION:** Competitive salary commensurate with the role, medical plan, and meal allowance of 32.63 (PER WORKING DAY) 1. Preparation of reports for all OM activities performed; 2. Contact with the technician responsible for the activities to collect necessary information; 3. Preparation and submission of corrective maintenance/OM proposals; 4. Updating the system with proposal-related information; 5. Requesting production of specific and/or custom-made materials; 6. Requesting purchase of specific and/or custom-made materials; 7. Issuing material separation order entries; 8. Assisting with report submission and control updates when required; 9. Assisting with other departmental activities when required; 10. Completion of job-related performance indicators.
