Clean and organized work environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform cleaning, conservation, and tidying of work areas and facilities, keeping equipment used, materials, and machines clean according to requirements; Correctly separate/sort materials; Complete job-related training; Comply with company policies and procedures; When required, properly use PPE; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Take care of equipment under one's responsibility; Operate grinding/shredding machines, automatic and manual presses, and sort recyclable materials; Operate forklifts and inspect materials as they pass along the conveyor belt, removing non-conforming items such as metals, stones, and materials with higher added value; Ensure proper disposal of each recyclable material; Perform tasks in accordance with production pace, based on equipment capacity; Perform setup of industrial equipment and machinery, including primary replacement of fluids, filters, hoses, and other consumables; Assess operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components; Lubricate machines, components, and tools; Assemble and set up new machines and equipment; Record executed activities and any applied components in detail on printed and/or electronic corrective and preventive checklists; **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Flexible availability for work hours **Benefits:** Annual bonuses, Cost-of-living allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Performance evaluation, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, On-site meals, Life insurance
