**We are seeking a data-oriented professional capable of communicating data effectively by minimizing technical jargon and using assertive, objective language. The goal of this role is to ensure our data infrastructure remains robust and that information reaches executive management and the board strategically and with visual excellence.**
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**

**What We’re Looking For (Technical Profile)**
* **Proficiency in SQL Server:** Solid experience in data manipulation, view creation, and query performance optimization.
* **Excel as an Agility Tool:** View Excel as a strategic, enabling tool for rapid prototyping, ad-hoc analysis, and high-level executive material development—not merely a secondary tool.
* **Data Visualization and Storytelling:** Ability to transform a database table into a PowerPoint presentation or dashboard that clearly tells a story to a director.
* **Consultative Mindset:** Comfort leading discussions, questioning numbers, and confidently presenting recommendations.
*If you value autonomy and want to directly impact company strategy through data, we’d love to talk!*
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields).
* **Experience:** Proven track record in BI or Data Analysis, with emphasis on delivering business metrics to operational areas.

* **Advanced Excel:** Skill in handling large datasets, creating dynamic reports, and sustaining executive-level presentations.
* **Power BI:** Experience with DAX and data modeling (*Star Schema*) to build dashboards supporting decision-making.
* **Analytical Communication:** Experience transforming data into narratives (*Data Storytelling*) for managerial and board-level presentations.
### **Nice-to-Haves (What sets you apart—but won’t disqualify you):**
* **Python:** Knowledge of Pandas for automation or exploratory analysis.
