Experience with masonry, painting, and cladding techniques **Job: CONSTRUCTION HELPER I** Location: São Paulo (sites distributed across the São Paulo region) Salary: R$ 2.250 Schedule and Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 Benefits: * Meal Voucher: R$ 35 per day * Food Allowance: R$ 485.00 per month * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus (PAR Program): up to R$ 400.00 * Performance Bonus (Target Achievement): up to R$ 1.000,00 – amount credited to the Food Allowance. Responsibilities: General on-site assistance, including site organization, material handling, mortar preparation, assisting with masonry and finishing works, scaffolding assembly, excavation, demolition, and minor repairs. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in this role * Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry, painting, and cladding activities and techniques * Willingness to travel to construction sites across São Paulo (the employee is assigned flexibly based on project location).
