Join our \#TimedeAÇO. **Responsibilities and duties** * Inspection and Diagnostic Route: Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment to identify potential issues; * Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency calls to resolve electrical problems that may impact production; * Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance routines on electrical systems to prevent failures; * Testing and Adjustments: Carry out electrical tests and adjustments on equipment to ensure proper and safe operation; * Component Replacement: Replace and repair damaged or worn-out electrical components; * Installation of New Equipment: Participate in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment in the steel plant; * Interpretation of Electrical Schematics: Read and interpret electrical diagrams to diagnose problems and perform maintenance; * Safety: Strictly adhere to electrical and industrial safety procedures to prevent accidents; * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, including reports of identified issues and applied solutions; * Compliance with Standards: Ensure all activities comply with electrical and environmental safety standards and regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electrotechnics, or Industrial Electronics; * Proficiency in command and power electrical systems, electrical infrastructure installations (e.g., cable trays, conduits, and panels), and reading/interpretation of electrical drawings; * Basic and digital electronics; * PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell); * Frequency inverters and soft starters — maintenance and programming (Siemens and WEG); * Automation and supervisory systems; * Industrial networks and communication (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet); * Industrial instrumentation (temperature, pressure, and flow); * Maintenance of vacuum furnaces (differentiating factor); * Maintenance of controlled-atmosphere furnaces (differentiating factor); * Microsoft Office suite; * Technical English (differentiating factor); * SAP\-PM (differentiating factor). **Additional information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Multinational company with over 80 years in the market and a benchmark in the steel industry; * A highly learning-oriented environment with technical training programs; * On-site cafeteria; * Chartered transportation; * 50% reimbursement for medications \+ health insurance with co-payment \+ dental assistance \= extended to first-degree dependents; * Credit cooperative; * Market-competitive remuneration; * PLR — Profit Sharing Program tied to collective goals; * Subsidy for postgraduate studies, language courses, and training programs (per internal policy); * Private pension plan — because we care about your future; * Food basket — delivered conveniently to your residence; * Uniform (for Operational Area) with in-house laundry — per company policy; * Six-month maternity leave \+ childcare allowance (for children up to 3 years old).
