




Job Summary: The professional will handle import routines, process monitoring, document analysis, and communication with various logistics partners, providing operational support. Description: * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities * Basic to intermediate English or Spanish * Basic knowledge of import processes * Familiarity with import documentation and Incoterms * Attention to detail and sense of urgency * Organization and accountability * Teamwork orientation * Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent processes * Submit documentation for foreign exchange settlement * Analyze the Import Declaration (DI) and prepare the system for issuing the Import Tax Invoice (NF de Importação) * Review monetary entries and reconcile freight forwarder accounts * Analyze CTEs, daily allowances, local fees, and demurrage for payment processing * Monitor trucks and containers en route * Assist the finance department with potential DDAs (Direct Debit Authorizations) * Support the opening and follow-up of processes with customs brokers * Update systems and spreadsheets tracking import processes * Monitor arrival deadlines, customs clearance, and cargo release * Maintain contact with freight agents, carriers, and customs brokers * Provide operational support to the import analyst/coordinator * Archive and organize documents per internal procedures and regulatory requirements 2512180202551924924
