Job Summary: Professional to assist in international freight quotation and contracting processes, monitor import/export operations, and ensure documentary compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support foreign trade operations, from quotation to goods shipment 2. Ensure documentary compliance and control of deadlines/costs 3. Communicate with customs brokers, freight carriers, and international clients * Assist in the process of international freight quotation and contracting; Monitor import and export processes from start to finish; Ensure documentary compliance (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.); Support the team in customs clearance and goods shipment processes; Control deadlines and costs related to foreign trade operations; Communicate with customs brokers, freight carriers, suppliers, and international clients; Assist in preparing control reports and documents; Update the import/export management system; Monitor changes in legislation and sector regulations. * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields; Basic knowledge of import and export processes; Advanced English (mandatory); Proficiency in Excel and management tools; Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork; Proactivity and willingness to learn.
