We offer customized solutions to connect companies with qualified professionals. **Responsibilities:** Receive and verify export orders from representatives and customers, checking prices, delivery deadlines, quantities, product descriptions, shipping methods, commissions, and availability, ensuring accurate system registration and confirmation with the customer. Prepare and verify all documentation required for export processes, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, fiscal invoices, insurance documents, and drawback procedures, using the SAP system and guiding customs brokers and freight forwarders. Plan and monitor shipments, pickups, and customs clearance of goods at ports, airports, and factories, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service quality. Record, control, and authorize payments related to exports, including advances, freight charges, and customs broker commissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Record and monitor customer complaints, sample requests, and artwork development, interacting with internal departments to ensure correct solutions and deliveries. Monitor advances from international customers, tracking received amounts, tax payments, and refunds, ensuring proper receipt of goods. Prepare monthly control and closing reports covering commissions, payments, Cadive, collaterals, samples, complaints, freight charges, shipments, and slow-moving products, maintaining updated and reliable information for other departments. Keep customs broker documentation up to date, including powers of attorney and legal authorizations, ensuring compliance in export processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes by analyzing current routines, discussing solutions with other departments, and suggesting improvements to optimize procedures and performance. Participate in planning and alignment meetings with the Supply Chain department, reviewing reservations, inventory levels, forecasted shipments, and ensuring data accuracy for customer service. Previous experience as an International Trade Consultant, Import/Export Specialist, International Logistics Analyst, or Foreign Trade Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
