Job Summary: The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by assisting with customer service, preparing commercial proposals, tracking orders, and organizing sales-related information. This role serves as a liaison among customers, sales representatives, and other company departments, ensuring agility and efficiency in sales processes. Responsibilities: Customer service via phone, e\-mail, or in person Issuing and tracking sales orders Preparing quotations and commercial proposals Managing spreadsheets and performance reports Assisting with organizing sales team meetings and schedules Supporting promotional activities and after\-sales services Assisting sales representatives during customer interactions Prospecting new customers Prerequisites: Completed high school education. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wholesale and haberdashery sectors Prior exposure to commission-based compensation and sales targets. About the Position: Full\-time position.
