Monitor productivity in bale production. Perform minor repairs on equipment when necessary. Inspect the baling process, monitoring bale size standards. Load cargo for customers. Carry out scrap sorting when required. Previous experience as a Train Driver, Equipment Operator, Machinery Operation Technician, or Production Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
