Housekeeping Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an \*\*experienced and dedicated housekeeping supervisor\*\* to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort in our hotel. The professional will be responsible for the daily supervision of room cleaning, common areas, and laundry operations, as well as linen and supply inventory control. \-\-\- \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* \* Supervise and inspect cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas. \* Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and assistants. \* Ensure replenishment and inventory control of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies. \* Implement hygiene standards and operational best practices. \* Train new housekeeping team members. \* Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints courteously and efficiently. \* Collaborate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations. \-\-\- \*\*Requirements:\*\* \* Completed high school education (technical or higher education in hospitality or related fields preferred). \* Prior experience as a housekeeping supervisor or housekeeping team leader in the hospitality industry. \* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and team management. \* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. \* Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. \* Basic computer literacy and English language skills are desirable. \-\-\- \*We offer:\* \* Market-competitive salary. \* Transportation allowance and food basket. \* Respectful and collaborative work environment.
