**Opportunity – Floor Supervisor \| B\&B HOTELS** We are seeking a committed, organized professional with leadership qualities to ensure excellence in the guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Supervise, guide, and support the **housekeeping team**; ✔ Inspect guest rooms and floor areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards; ✔ Monitor inventory of **linens, amenities, and operational supplies**; ✔ Report and follow up on **maintenance requirements**; ✔ Ensure guest well-being by maintaining high standards of hospitality and presentation. **Requirements:** * Experience in **hospitality** or **housekeeping operations**; * Organizational skills, leadership, attention to detail, and professional demeanor; * Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to operational routines; * Availability to work the schedule and shift specified below. **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Shift:** 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
