CRM management and proposal follow-up Job Mission: Provide consultative lead handling and actively prospect new customers by presenting solutions that meet security and regulatory compliance needs, aiming to increase the customer base and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth. Main Responsibilities * Handle leads generated from campaigns, referrals, or inbound channels, converting them into sales. Actively prospect new customers (via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn). * Understand customer needs and offer EPI (Personal Protective Equipment) and EPC (Collective Protective Equipment) solutions focused on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Maintain updated customer records and interaction logs in CRM/spreadsheets. * Conduct follow-up on submitted proposals. * Achieve prospecting, scheduling, and closing targets. * Coordinate orders with support/sales departments until delivery. ● Identify opportunities to complement or upgrade customer purchases (e.g., accessories, higher-tier models).
