We are looking for a **Telecommunications Assistant** to monitor and provide support for voice control and LTE/5G platforms. Provide support for route, extension, city, service, and other voice- and LTE/5G-related service logic configurations. Conduct detailed traffic analysis.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Update area performance indicators when required;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position according to area needs and leadership direction;
* Monitor and support voice, data, LTE/5G platforms;
* Provide support for route, extension, network configuration, and other voice-related service logic rules;
* Monitor radiofrequency planning and coverage studies (via drive-test and network planning software) for areas to be served by LTE/5G technologies;
* Monitor detailed traffic analysis;
* Monitor discrepancies occurring in CDR inter-carrier billing reconciliations;
* Reconcile and analyze disputes;
* Verify debits and/or credits arising from network usage and proceed with appropriate follow-up actions;
* Maintain contact with support teams of other operators to resolve issues;
* Handle fixed-line number portability procedures;
* Receive port-in or port-out requests, forward them, and track the process in the Brazilian Telecommunications Association’s portability system;
* Coordinate line activation or deactivation with Brisanet’s Customer Support team;
* Monitor and support OSS (Operations Support System) and BSS (Business Support System) services, RAN (Radio Access Network) and CORE network infrastructure.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Technical Course in Information Technology;
* Basic Computer Skills;
* Fundamentals of computer systems and networks;
* Programming and networking logic;
* Google Earth.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
