Focus on remote support and agile service delivery Responsibilities: * Provide specialized technical support for operating systems and customer systems, ensuring appropriate user guidance; * Receive and meticulously document all service requests, ensuring information accuracy; * Meet established service-level agreement (SLA) response times; * Create, update, and maintain technical procedures and the knowledge base; * Handle service requests with agility and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology; * Advanced knowledge of microcomputing (Windows, Office, etc.), network services, operating systems, and server applications; * Experience in performing routine technical tasks, documenting procedures, and focusing on remote support; * Strong interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning; * Microsoft technical certification (preferred). *\-\> On-site position in Feira de Santana, work schedule: Mondays from 00:00 to 06:00.
