Job Summary: Level 2 Technical Support Analyst responsible for on-site support, diagnosis, software installation, operating system maintenance, user and infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support (Level 2) 2. Network, firewall, printer, and Active Directory configuration 3. Office 365 support and Windows Server maintenance Technical Support Analyst \- Level 2\. Responsibilities: \- On-site technical support (Level 2\). \- Investigation, diagnosis, and testing prior to user support. \- Support for standard applications and IT equipment. \- Software installation and uninstallation. \- Incident and request ticket creation, tracking, and closure. \- Windows operating system maintenance and configuration. \- Active Directory user creation and management. \- Permission, VLAN, router, firewall, and printer configuration. \- Installation of applications such as antivirus and banking software. \- Office 365 support and Windows Server maintenance. \- Network cable crimping and other infrastructure tasks. Mandatory Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support. \- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD); Windows Server; Hyper\-V; Networking (VLAN, routers, firewalls); Office 365\. \- Driver's license, Category B Preferred Qualifications: \- Technical course in Information Technology. \- Microsoft Windows training.
