Assistance with system functionality usage The company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Artur Nogueira. **Responsibilities:** Provide operational technical support to customers using the FOPAG system. Assist customers in executing HR routines and processes within the system. Identify, analyze, and guide resolution of questions related to payroll calculations, vacation accruals, contract terminations, and labor-related charges. Provide customer support via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp, ensuring clear guidance and high-quality service. Log support interactions and track requests until resolution. Support customers in correctly using system functionalities. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
