Assist clients in executing HR department routines and processes within the system. Identify, analyze, and guide resolution of questions related to payroll, vacation, termination, and labor charge calculations. Provide client support via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp, ensuring clear guidance and high-quality service. Record support interactions and track requests until resolution. Support clients in correctly using system features. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
