We are looking for a **Human Resources Department Assistant** who not only wants to play an important role in the company’s daily operations but also aims to build a career path of continuous growth and learning. Here, you will have room to develop professionally and support our construction projects across Brazil, with nationwide operations and availability for travel. Responsibilities: * Carry out onboarding processes and document collection; * Support payroll closing, submission of information to HR, and benefit calculations; * Manage vacation scheduling, terminations, and periodic medical examinations; * Assist employees onsite, clarifying labor and operational questions; * Support personnel transfers between construction sites; * Organize and maintain updated physical and digital files; * Provide support during labor inspections and audits; * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Administration, or related fields currently underway are preferred); * Prior experience in Human Resources Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel.
