




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for first-level technical support and assistance (remote and/or on-site), diagnosis and resolution of incidents in fiber-optic networks and telecom equipment, as well as configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and servers. Configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and servers Full Job Description Responsibilities: Providing first-level technical support and assistance (remote and/or on-site) to customers and internal teams; Diagnosing and resolving incidents in fiber-optic networks and telecom equipment; Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and servers; Supporting field teams in critical cases; Recording, tracking, and closing service tickets in the management system; Performing post-service order (SO) activities: analyzing, validating, and closing orders executed by the field technical team; Conducting preventive and corrective analysis of network failures. Requirements: Prior experience in network technical support (experience with internet service providers is a plus); Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, MikroTik, OLTs, VLAN, PPPoE, DNS, DHCP; Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems; Strong communication and organizational skills.
