Description

Job Summary: Assist the technician in preventive and corrective battery maintenance, performing repairs, monitoring, and inspections to ensure proper equipment operation and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support for preventive and corrective battery maintenance 2. Technical support and on-site visits to customers 3. Battery analysis and monitoring 1) Assist the technician in preventive and corrective maintenance, assembly and disassembly of batteries; 2) Perform water replenishment, connector replacement, element replacement or repositioning, and cable insulation; 3) Carry out battery cleaning, recharge monitoring, valve and connector analysis, and cable inspection; 4) Accompany and assist in technical customer service and on-site visits for battery analysis; 5) Provide support in equalizing cell voltage and density and complete technical report documentation; 6) Analyze and monitor batteries during desulfation and capacity testing; 7) Perform measurements and verifications according to standard operating procedures (SOP); 8) Ensure 5S implementation in the technical support area; 9) Conduct inspections of completed services using the check\-list prior to departure for the customer. 10) Assist in battery bank installation, structural disassembly and assembly, capacity testing, and system monitoring; 11) Evaluate site installation conditions to identify anomalies before service execution; 12) Accompany the technician in Telecom power supply retrofitting, UPS and inverter parameterization, alarm configuration, and system programming; High School Diploma Completed Desirable: Technical Course (Electrical, Mechanical) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Group Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Group Life Insurance * Basic Food Basket * Transportation Provided by the Company * On-site Restaurant
