Join us in shaping our story and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Architectural Guidance:** Define and maintain Java-based microservices architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business requirements. * **Governance and Quality:** Establish development standards (SOLID, Clean Code) and conduct critical code reviews, ensuring technical consistency across Full Stack and Back\-end roles. * **Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing:** Guide Mid/Senior-level engineers in resolving complex problems and making sound technical decisions, fostering autonomy and knowledge sharing. * **Testing and Automation Strategy:** Lead the automated testing strategy and CI/CD pipeline quality, minimizing technical debt and ensuring safe production deployments. * **Technical Interface:** Serve as a bridge between product needs and technical feasibility, translating business challenges into well-structured technical components. * **Observability and Evolution:** Monitor system health and propose continuous improvements to performance, security, and technology stack modernization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven software development experience (minimum 6 years); * Proven hands-on experience with both frontend and backend; * Proficiency in Java/Java Spring Boot backend language (minimum 6 years); * Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) (minimum 6 years); * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript; * Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architectures (minimum 6 years); * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with version control (Git) and GitFlow; * Experience with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog or Dynatrace); * Experience with Agile methodologies. **Desirable Requirements** * Technical Leadership: Ability to mediate decisions and influence Senior and Mid-level developers; * Systems Design: Expertise in microservices architecture, integration patterns, and scalability; * Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions. **Differentiators** * Multi\-Cloud: Practical experience with AWS, GCP or Azure; * DevOps Culture: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code; * Open Source: Active GitHub repository with relevant projects or contributions. **Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite (focused on collaboration) and 2 days remote.** **Location: Downtown São Paulo/SP** **Additional Information** **At our company, you’ll find a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
