Your main responsibilities: * Provide customer support for the assigned client portfolio. * Assist in information flow between clients and technical departments. * Use the Alterdata software for internal queries and processes. * Organize tasks and deadlines within the Runrun.it platform. * Participate in alignment meetings via Google Meet.
