We are seeking a Senior Technical Leader to join an exclusive team responsible for one of the most critical pillars of our business: building and maintaining the automations that integrate our platform with hundreds of transportation companies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain automations for integration with multiple external partners * Build and evolve web crawlers and data collection robots on the internet * Work with integrations based on: * HTTP/HTTPS * REST APIs (when available) * Web pages (structured and unstructured scraping) * Handle instability scenarios, layout changes, and external inconsistencies * Create and evolve technical monitoring for integration tracking * Ensure operational visibility for the NOC team * Act promptly in identifying and resolving failures * Implement alerting, fallback, and resilience mechanisms * Ensure technical quality of developed solutions * Conduct code reviews * Propose continuous improvements in performance, stability, and scalability * Work with asynchronous processing and fault tolerance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with: * Go programming language * MySQL * HTTP/HTTPS protocols (deep-level understanding) * Building crawlers and web scraping * Session, cookie, header, and web authentication handling * HTML parsing, endpoint consumption, and navigation automation * Processing queues / messaging systems * Failure handling, retries, and system resilience * Advanced knowledge of: * Data modeling * SQL query optimization * Experience with high-volume, non-standardized external integrations * Experience in critical environments (high availability) * Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, alerts) * Experience with GCP **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Psychological, social, and assistance support for employees and dependents via Optum; * Remote Work (2 days per week); * Remote Work Allowance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PPLR) according to current policy.
