




Job Summary: Sushi Assistant to provide direct support to the Chef, performing ingredient pre-preparation, assisting in plating and finishing dishes, and maintaining organization, with a focus on oriental cuisine. A work environment that values hygiene, organization, and teamwork Sushi Assistant / 2 Position(s) / Campinas/SP Responsibilities * Provide direct support to the Chef during service; * Perform ingredient pre-preparation (mise en place); * Assist in plating and finishing dishes; * Operate deep fryer for hot preparations; * Restock ingredients on workstations as needed; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace and utensils; * Comply with food safety regulations and house standards. Requirements * Must reside in Campinas – SP, with easy access to Cambuí; * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in oriental cuisine; * Skills in mise en place pre-preparation (vegetable cutting, sauce preparation, fish and seafood sanitation), support in plating and finishing simple dishes, deep fryer operation (Hot Roll, Tempura, and similar); * Basic knowledge of good food handling and hygiene practices; * Agility, attention to detail, discipline, organization, impeccable hygiene, teamwork, proactivity, and interest in technical advancement in Japanese cuisine. Salary R$ 3000 Benefits Transportation allowance; Basic food basket (R$ 125.00/month); On-site meals. Work Shift Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Schedule: 4 days with double shift (lunch and dinner), remaining days only dinner shift Double shift 1: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Double shift 2: 12:00 PM – 3:20 PM and 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Dinner shift: 6:30 PM – 12:30 AM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
