Key Responsibilities: 1. Online student support and assistance 2. Monitoring students' learning journey on the platform 3. Scheduling and organizing class-related events We are looking for a Customer Success professional responsible for delivering a positive and comprehensive experience to students. The ideal candidate should be communicative, proactive, customer-service oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to ensure student satisfaction at every stage of their learning journey. **Responsibilities:** * Provide online support to students, addressing their questions and offering guidance. * Monitor and support each student’s learning journey on the e-learning platform. * Support the e-learning platform by maintaining organized schedules and timelines. * Create class links and ensure class-related events are properly scheduled and organized. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Internet. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ability to handle customer service demands. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break **Compensation:** * Fixed CLT salary R$1\.900,00 Payment: R$1\.900,00 per week Work Location: On-site
