Key responsibilities include daily monitoring of preventive maintenance needs for common areas, including opening, tracking, and controlling service orders. The candidate will also serve as the primary contact point for all facility-related requests, ensuring full functionality of systems and services under their responsibility. Additionally, the professional will support internal and external audits, oversee cleaning routines, selective waste collection, and other operational activities, guaranteeing service quality for internal stakeholders. The role also involves direct support to Safety and Environmental operations, as well as responsibility for issuing Work Permits for the area, contributing to operational compliance, safety, and efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and POWER BI will be an advantage for this position.
