**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with internal standards, legislation, and requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\.
* Manage the SSMA team, monitoring field routines, performance indicators, audits, inspections, and action plans aimed at continuous improvement.
* Support training programs, onboarding, awareness campaigns, and operational processes related to safety and environmental management.
* Prevent accidents, investigate incidents, manage legal documentation, and support operational teams on construction sites.
* Prior experience in civil construction, team management, audits, performance indicators, and integrated management systems is desirable.
* Leadership qualities, organizational skills, strong communication ability, analytical mindset, and decision-making capability are required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards\.
* Experience in SSMA management, audits, and performance indicators.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and continuous improvement tools.
* Prior experience in construction projects/civil construction is desirable.
* Leadership, organization, effective communication, and analytical thinking are essential.
* Certifications in Occupational Safety or ISO Auditing are advantageous.
