**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Plan, control, and monitor the NOC’s CapEx and OpEx budgets, ensuring compliance with Claro’s corporate guidelines. * Monitor budget variances (planned, actual, and forecast), analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Serve as the technical reference for discussions on financial matters with Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, and Technology teams within the NOC. * Translate technical and operational requirements into financial impacts, supporting investment prioritization and initiatives. * Develop, structure, and maintain managerial reports and BI dashboards with NOC financial and operational KPIs. * Ensure governance, standardization, and reliability of financial data used in internal and corporate reporting. * Interface with the Mexico holding company on NOC-related financial and technical topics. * Lead activities related to the submarine cable consortium, including operational costs, invoice payments, investments, cost allocations, and contracts. * Support CapEx and OpEx optimization initiatives, automation efforts, and continuous improvement of NOC financial and operational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
