We are currently seeking a **Performance Supervisor (Painting)** to join our team in Resende.
Support the definition and deployment of STQC strategies and objectives, identifying improvement opportunities and leading the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and generate business value.
**Daily work experience:**
Support in defining KPI strategies (SQTC);
* Ensure improved safety and workplace environment;
* Promote 5S and shop-floor management based on the Nissan Production Way;
* Conduct work observation and task allocation;
* Support in WTBC;
* HC Management;
* Innovation;
* Communication;
* KPI Strategy;
* ISO 9001/14001;
* Method Definitions;
**Who we are looking for:**
* Preferred: Knowledge of Automotive Painting Processes;
* Preferred: Experience in KPI management;
* Advanced Office suite proficiency;
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred;
* Planning and execution skills;
* Experience in vehicle or industrial projects;
